W.I.N. stands for "What's Important Now"

Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz.

Little can prepare you for the dramatic environmental shift from high school to college. It's not uncommon to struggle with a new level of independence, social life, and expectations.

As an athlete, you have the additional challenge of balancing two full-time jobs: academics and sports.

How can you effortlessly adapt to the rigors of collegiate life while remaining healthy and thriving on and off the field?

The First W.I.N. Program helps you build a sturdy mental foundation to offset this turbulent transition. The program prepares you for the significant firsts you will experience in your inaugural semester. It teaches you to gain the skills to become mentally stable, so you have the edge to remain resilient and competitive.
